With two decades of experience in various facets of the building industry, Jessica is a vital part of any project team. Her well-rounded knowledge base allows her to direct and manage new construction and renovation projects to successful completion.
Jessica began her career in architecture and construction after earning a Bachelor of Architecture and a BS in Environmental Design from North Dakota State University in 2001. As a Project Manager for Gensler, she was involved in many high-profile construction projects and built respected relationships with Owners, Operators, Architects, Designers, and Contractors.
Due to her exceptional skills, Jessica was promoted to an executive architectural position during her tenure at Gensler, where she oversaw the design implementation of a $695 million luxury hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
In addition to her work with Gensler, Jessica has provided valuable consultation for YOUNG & Associates in the reconstruction industry. As a leader in the Washington, D.C. market and the Mid-Atlantic Region, she offered her expertise in strategy and business development to help clients achieve their goals.
Overall, Jessica's extensive experience and expertise in the building industry make her an asset to any project team.
With two decades of experience in the construction industry, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any role. During his 14-year tenure with Tutor Perini, Ryan had significant involvement in many notable hospitality projects. He demonstrated dynamic leadership skills while hiring and managing 45 engineers across four highly complex projects on the Las Vegas Strip, totaling $1.8 billion in construction.
As a Project Manager, Ryan led pre-construction efforts and managed major structural scope for two high-rise towers in excess of $1 billion in Manhattan, NY, as well as a $400 million mix-use project in Queens, NY. His impressive ability to evaluate means and methods in real-time has helped Owners avoid costly impacts to budget and schedule.
Ryan's diverse experience and strong leadership skills have made him an asset as an Owner's Representative. He successfully managed the design and construction teams for a $950 million hospitality project in the Washington, D.C. area, delivering it on-time and on-budget while maintaining high ethical standards and achieving Owner/Operator objectives.
Ryan's contributions to executive teams have created opportunities for W Squared Consulting to evolve major client relationships. Overall, his expertise and leadership skills make him an invaluable member of any project team.
