Event Details:
1. Tandem Skydives:

Participants will enjoy the ultimate thrill of tandem skydiving from a Helicopter or Plane.

A minimum of 20 tandem jumps will take place during the event.
2. Fundraising Goal:

Each skydiver participant is required to raise a minimum of $5,000.00.

Funds raised will directly benefit the Children of Fallen Heroes nonprofits Retreat and STEAM Education Center, providing support and resources for children of fallen military, first responders, foster kids, caregivers including a variety of community outreach programs.
3. Jump Logistics:

The jump platform is a Helicopter or Plane, ensuring a breathtaking ascent and descent.

Our experienced ground crew, certified tandem instructors, and parachute-packing team will ensure a safe and thrilling experience.

The jump location will be chosen based on strict adherence to safety guidelines outlined by the United States Parachute Association and FAA Rules.
4. Participant Inclusions:

All participants will receive a custom limited edition jump apparel, and lithograph and challenge coin to keep as a memento.

Can I bring my friends and family to watch?
Absolutely! Friends and family are more than welcome to join and observe the ground activities.
How long is the first tandem jump training?
The training class lasts approximately 10-15 minutes. Your instructor will review the essential details before the jump to ensure a safe and thrilling experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Are there any physical requirements?
While being in good shape enhances the experience, we welcome individuals with various abilities. If you have specific concerns, give us a call, and we'll work to make your dream of flight come true!
How long will I be on the dropzone?
Plan to spend the entire day for weekend reservations. Tandem classes last 10-15 minutes, and the jump time depends on factors like weather and sign-in times. Ideally, a tandem jump can be completed in half a day, but be prepared for a full-day experience.
Is there a weight requirement?
Yes, tandem jumps should generally be limited to 230lbs. Exemptions can be made, and there's an additional fee for participants between 230lbs and 250lbs. The instructor will assess safety for those over 250lbs.
Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be at least 18 years old, regardless of parental consent. No exceptions. A valid photo ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) is required for registration.
PAYMENT
What type of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, or Cash and Checks 4 weeks prior to the event.
SKYDIVING
What happens if the parachute doesn't open? While unlikely, each jumper is equipped with a main and reserve parachute. Our equipment also features an Automated Activation Device (AAD) for added safety.
What kind of parachute will we use?
Modern "ram-air" parachutes, rectangular and glider-like, are used for their exceptional maneuverability and safety.
What’s the landing like?
Landings are usually soft, with most participants experiencing a gentle sliding sit-down landing.
How fast do you fall?
The average freefall speed is around 120 miles per hour.
How long does the skydive last?
Up to 60 seconds in freefall and about 5-7 minutes under the canopy.
What will the skydive feel like?
Freefall is more like flying than falling, offering an exhilarating and liberating sensation. Canopy flight is peaceful and relaxing.
Is skydiving safe?
When properly trained and executed, skydiving is as safe as any other extreme sport. Modern equipment has significantly improved safety.
PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Can we get one video for our whole group? Yes, a video from the fundraising event will be produced and edited for you to share with co-workers, family and loved ones.
Can I get a video or photographs of my jump?
Absolutely! We offer edited videos with music and high-definition digital stills to capture every moment.
Can I bring my own camera?
No, bringing personal cameras is against USPA safety regulations. Your focus should be on the skydive, and we'll take care of capturing the memories for you.
