Soaring with Honor: CFH Parachute Team at the Veterans Golfers Association Armed Forces Cup

Children of Fallen Heroes Partnership Concerts strengthen communities
by promoting and fundraising for other great nonprofits.
In supporting the “Children of Fallen Heroes” we have found that our vision, purpose, and every minute detail is critical in the healing process for our children. Surviving and thriving the loss of their “Hero” mother or father is our “no-fail mission” and we walk with them and their families until that mission is complete.

OUR MISSION
Support Our Troops, Honor Our Veterans, and Strengthen Our Community.
We accomplish this by producing events that draws our entire community together on or close to
Veterans Day to do just that, support, honor, and strengthen.
None of what we accomplish would be possible without our inspiring veterans,
incredible volunteers, dedicated benefactors, and local patriots.
Thank you to all who have served, are serving, and will serve in the US Armed Forces to continue to guarantee our freedoms!
Learn About Our Free and Charitable Clinic
OUR VISION: As a non-profit clinic, Moore Free & Charitable Clinic seeks to create a healthy community by providing health care to the uninsured.
Providing Health Services to the Uninsured in Our Community
Moore Free & Charitable Clinic is a private, non-profit clinic that provides primary care services at low or no cost to eligible adult residents of Moore County. Even in Moore County, there are many who are unable to obtain affordable medical care because they lack health insurance coverage.
Who are the uninsured? They may be your hairdresser, the day care teacher or the single mother down the street. The uninsured are all around us, but it is a silent epidemic. Moore Free & Charitable Clinic was established to help those in the community who have no other place to turn for a medical home.
By providing quality primary care to the uninsured, we reduce the burden of preventable health problems in this community. Untreated chronic diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure lead to complications that can disable or kill people. Helping people recognize and treat diseases in their early stages, instead of in the emergency room, improves outcomes and is cost-effective. We are a local, community-initiated response that has improved the quality of life of many people in Moore County.
